All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in China. This allows us to serve a global audience efficiently while keeping our environmental footprint as low as possible through consolidated logistics.
Yes! We offer worldwide shipping to countries including Australia, USA, UK, Singapore, and more. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order quantity.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times:
Australia & Singapore: 7–12 business days
USA, UK & Europe: 10–15 business days
A tracking link will be sent via email once your order has shipped.
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can also track your package anytime via the “Track My Order” section on our website.
We’re so sorry to hear that! Please contact us at hello@coolideas.au within 7 days of delivery. We’ll sort it out right away with either a refund, replacement, or store credit—whichever works best for you.
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping, unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
